Benefits of fish

The simplest type of fish is freshwater fish and saltwater fish. But there are some people who see that fatty fish are high in fat, medium fat and low fat, which means fresh fish is not cooked, but the villagers like us do not have to look that deep.
Fish fat is not much compared to other types of meat. Fish is high in protein and high in quality, just like regular meat. It also contains fats, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. The amount of protein in freshwater fish and salted fish is very similar. The results suggest that salted fish are slightly more protein and have a lower percentage of fat than freshwater fish.
